Pretty Names

It seems to me, that when there is something bad or unpleasant, sometimes it gets a pretty name. Maybe to cover it up or just distract people from the truth. A war gets fought that nobody wants so it continues, but officially 'the war is over'. When somebody says the police tazed a perpetrator, you may not realize what this really means is that the police are going around electrocuting citizens!
